SmartDraft may retain, use, and analyze the content you generate for improving the Service and for research purposes. All such uses will be anonymized and will not be associated with your personal identity.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by SmartDraft and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
The AI-generated content belongs to the user; however, the underlying software and algorithms remain the property of SmartDraft.

Limitation of Liability

SmartDraft shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
Users are responsible for any consequences arising from the use or misuse of the AI-generated email drafts.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates this Agreement or is harmful to other users of the Service, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

Changes to Terms

SmartDraft reserves the right to change these Terms of Service at any time. Your continued use of the Service signifies your agreement to any modifications.
